What types of Fragrance do you use?
I use fragrance oils to scent my wax melts. My soaps and body products are scented with both fragrance oil and essential oils. If something is made from 100% essential oil, I will label it as such. To be totally transparent about what this means, fragrance oils are produced in a lab. I make sure that every fragrance (for wax and body) that I use is: 100% phthalate-free and that it conforms to the California prop standards. Check each listing for the specifics.
What type of wax do you use?
My wax melts are a parasoy blend of mostly soy wax with a little paraffin to help with the scent throw, scent retention, and hardening.
How long is your turn around time on orders (TAT)?
This depends on how many orders I have because this is a one-woman business at the moment! Generally, my TAT is about 14 business days. To ensure that I don’t become overwhelmed, I limit the amount of stock on my website to what I know I can produce in a reasonable turn-around-time.
Where are you located?
Miami, Florida
Do you have a brick and mortar shop?
No.
Do you ship internationally?
No, I’m sorry, not at the moment.
Do you do custom scents?
No. Wow… this seems like a lot of “no” in a row!
Can I return something if I don’t like the smell?
I’m sorry but due to the personal, objective nature of smell, I can’t guarantee you love every scent. If, however, you think something is off with any of my soaps or Bath and Body products, don't hesitate to contact me!
