Burn cones in a totally draft-free space to see the waterfall of smoke!
After several uses, submerge in warm, soapy (I swear by Dawn Dish soap!) water to clean. To prevent resin from building up, you can burn the cones on the bottom "dish part." You won't get the smoke cascade, but it will stay cleaner for longer.
